Technology innovation, for happy citizens

In a country in the Middle East, parents of new born babies had to visit several government offices to get their children registered. In order to expedite this process, the government, as part of their National Vision 2021, aimed to “increase the happiness of its citizens.” Infosys, with its innovative thinking and a three-track model, made the new born baby registration process eight times faster, and capable of handling 100,000 applications in just eight hours!
