Infosys helped Syngenta become truly agile in SAP

Syngenta is a large SAP shop involving 32 production instances integrated with over 100 satellite systems. Syngenta decided to adopt an agile-first approach and decided to transform their SAP services.




Infosys introduced it’s proven next-generation service delivery framework – ‘FIT, FAST and FRESH’, a well-defined set of levers for executing a phased transformation journey. Syngenta and Infosys together created a transition plan covering various aspects such as people, processes and tools.
